Galvanized steel stud 63 x 0.6 mm at 600 mm O.C. Galvanized steel track 63 x 0.6 mm at base and head. Gypsum board regular grade square edge 12.5 mm thick laminated with vinyl wall covering Plastylon Casual (Formerly Plastylon Lam C) in a range of colours and designs. |

ALUMINUM TRIM (Extruded in Saudi Arabia):
Aluminum Omega Profile for vertical joint strips securing gypsum board panel to stud frame, the screws
covered with continuous PVC inserts.
End of partition and head trim of
aluminum angle 30 x 30 mm. Door frame in aluminum, full partition width profile concealed fixing and including rubber gasket all round. Both corners with
mitered joint.
Glazed panel frame in full width
aluminum profile with facility for single and double glazed unit, rubber gasket.
External corner profile in right angle section with PVC insert.
Base skirting in powder coated aluminum profile 75 x 8 mm with rounded top. Section secured by screws concealed by continuous PVC insert. PVC end caps.

aluminum profile, the exposed edge being 30 mm. |
GLASS:
6 mm clear float glass as standard, for smaller units, full height glass tempered.
DOOR:
Door leaf 40 x 820 x 2030 mm 35 mm solid flax board core Stiles / rails soft wood, Subface 3.2 mm thick Meranti hardwood alround, clear
laquer finish.
Choice of natural wood veneer or plastic laminate
can be made.
2 no. YANK stainless steel flag hinges, Meroni SM 70 lockset, Floor mounted door stop with rubber bumper.
FINISHES:
- Aluminum anodized or powder coated (from RAL range).
- Vinyl wall coverings, Plastylon Casual from Pennel Industries.
- Variations on the above specifications and finish are available.
